M. Consider the recommendation from the Vision Fund Committee to support a Flex PACE program interest buy-down for Simply Golden Properties, LLC.

B. Public hearing to release the drainage easement on Lot 71, Block 1, Misty Waters.

D. Consider the request to receive a presentation and recommendations on the Ottawa Street Reconstruction project and provide direction to staff.

F. Discuss and give staff direction on the recommendation from the Transportation Steering Committee.

H. Discuss fire station location analysis and to request Commission Approval to initiate the Architect Selection Process.

J. Consider the request for approval of the Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Architectural Services Request for Proposals (RFP).

L. Receive Presentation and have discussion with Strategic Planning Consultant, Patrick Ibarra
